Crepes
• Seafood Crepe Benedict – A savory crepe filled with crab and shrimp, herbed whipped cream cheese, mozzarella, and white cheddar, topped with poached eggs and finished with classic hollandaise.
• Coconut & Honey Crepe – Coconut crepes filled with honey-mascarpone cream and topped with berry compote—a spring indulgence.
Toasts & Tartines
• Chocolate Tres Leches French Toast – Our house-made chocolate brioche soaked in tres leches, topped with chocolate fudge, whipped cream, fresh berries and edible flowers.
• Beet Hummus Avocado Tartine – A vibrant favorite, featuring our house-made beet hummus and creamy avocado slices on sourdough.
• Cucumber-Lox Tartine – A refined tartine of labneh spread, cucumber, smoked salmon, seaweed pearls, and edible flowers.
Dutch Baby Pancakes
• Croque Monsieur Dutch Baby – A gouda Dutch baby topped with béchamel and cottage bacon from The Long Ranch.
• Chocolate Dutch Baby – Made with chocolate and chocolate chips, finished with vanilla ice cream, chocolate syrup, and candied pecans.
